At Warm Creek Enterprises, we understand renovating your home can be daunting. Especially when the process of tearing apart your home is unknown. We wanted to provide a bit of clarity for those looking to renovate their homes and give them a glimpse into our method and what renovating their home may look like.
First, you will schedule a consultation to meet with Mark or Nick. They will come to your home and discuss with you the renovation. They will take measurements, hear your vision, and, provide professional insights and ideas. During this stage, you will tell them your ideas, show inspiration pictures and discuss your budget for the project.
Following the consultation, you will get sent a customized estimate. This will be a detailed plan of everything that needs to be done along with specific costs. All costs vary for every project depending on materials, and, design preferences.
After receiving your estimate, we will finalize everything if you decide to go through with the renovation. We will make any changes to the estimate if need be. During this stage we will draw up plans and work with designers and architects before beginning the project. We will have an agreement for you to sign before we begin the renovation.
This can be the ugly and stressful part about getting a remodel. It will require your home to get torn up and be a mess. You may not have a functioning kitchen or bathroom during this time. Our team works as efficiently and thoroughly as we can to get your home back to normal. We aim to keep the space as clean as we can to minimize some of that stress.
Your home will come together piece by piece! We will continue to install new fixtures, cabinetry, sinks, backsplashes and more.
Finally, it's all finished! Your newly remodeled home is all done and ready to use! We'll do a final walk-through to make sure everything is up to standard and functions properly.
